Dinkel’s is a gastronomic philosophy, it is a store located in the center of the city of Barcelona, among the streets of the well-known neighborhood of Born, where history, art, design and new trends come together in order to give to both locals and their visitors a new version of the way of life of the 21st century.
Our brand, Dinkel’s, is dedicated to restaurants inspired by the streets of one of the most cosmopolitan cities on the planet, New York. This American concept was the one that the founders of the brand fell in love with after a family trip.
Our bagels
The creation of our bagels is based on the experience of a baker with a long career, who, motivated by the philosophy of this gastronomic project, joins us by contributing with his knowledge and all the Central European influence that he has been accumulating along his path. The making of our bagels is based on the strict Central European tradition: handmade, with leaven, with organic flours, following all the steps of the fermentation process, where the Poppy seeds, or sesame seeds, give this extraordinary bun a magical and natural touch.

The new gastronomic trends of kilometer zero make that our suppliers are close to the city of Barcelona, choosing those that comply with the standards of sustainability and respect for the environment. Our main objective: to help balance food, which can be somewhat unbalanced due to the current daily routines.
